Sustainable Sailing Photo Contest 2014

Contest details and rules:

 

By submitting a photo, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and warrants that his / her photo entries complies with all requirements set out here below.

 

 

1. Sustainable Sailing Photo Contest 2014 begins on 9 June 2014 and ends on 31 October 2014.

2.  The winners of the photo contest will be judged by a Committee made up of three parties: myweekcharter and, on behalf of PERSEUS, the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research and EIR Global sprl.  The winning photograph will be announced online on www.perseus-net.eu and myweekcharter's Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/Myweekcharter on 15 December 2014. 

3. The Judging Committee will notify the winner via the contact information provided at the time of the photo entry; the Judging Committee may disqualify anyone who fails to respond to the notification within 10 business days.

4. All the photos need to have a tagline explaining the significance of the photo related to sustainable sailing and a valid email account.

5. By entering the contest, contestants grant the PERSEUS project and myweekcharter, a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the photos, in whole or in part, in the PERSEUS project website and /or the myweekcharter website and/or for any other educational, promotional, publicity, exhibition, archival, scholarly and all other PERSEUS project / myweekcharter purposes. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Neither the PERSEUS project nor myweekcharter will be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

6. The raffle for the second prize of €500 discount voucher will also take place in December 2014 and the winner will be announced on 15 December 2014.
