PERSEUS organised its first pilot education seminar, entitled 'Marine Ecosystems-Clean Seas 2020', on 16 November 2013, at the HCMR premises, in Athens, Greece. 

This is the first pilot seminar, as part of the PERSEUS Educational Program, which will go into full speed in the coming year in other European countries. 

This one-day seminar was split into 2 zones: a morning zone from 9.00 am-14.30 pm and the afternoon zone, which started after lunch at 15.30 and finished at 20.30 pm. In the afternoon session, the students were split into age groups where they worked in teams, around the design of an environmental education program based on marine ecosystems.  

More events will follow in Greece, based on this Teacher Training Seminar to build the first education program in schools, which will then be taken onboard in other European and Black Sea countries.
