Development of strategy for a sustainable aquaculture in the face of increasing difficulties: (1) mapping and setting a database of all relevant information, (2) identifying common situations and constraints between countries, (3) grouping countries confronted by similar driving forces to foster information exchanges, and (4) setting up a multi-stakeholder platform to promote a research organization and a revolving implementation plan aimed at the sustainable development of aquaculture.
