EMD Painting Competition - 1st prize
Few hours ago, during the 1st European Maritime Day in Malta, PERSEUS happily attended the prize ceremony for students' art competition and welcomed them to its exhibition stand.
Painting and collage competitions for primary school students have been held across Malta and Gozo on the theme of maritime tourism as well as an Essay Competition on maritime heritage or the Mediterranean Sea.
European Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Maria Damanaki, accompanied by Dr. Edward Zammit Lewis, Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Economic Growth, Malta and Dr. Alan Deidun, presented the awards to the selected students.
