The first WP1 meeting was held at HCMR, in Anavyssos, on October 2-4, 2012. The topic of the meeting was the 'Current status of review studies in PERSEUS and preparation for the Umbrella Workshop'.

The preliminary objectives of this meeting were to draft the deliverables for the tasks 1.1 (Gap Analysis on data and knowledge) and 1.2 (Preliminary list of issues at risk of non-achievement of the Good Environmental Status) due for November 2012.

It was also a good opportunity to join this meeting to prepare the Umbrella Workshop which was held in January 2013.
