The 4th Black Sea Biannual Scientific Conference - BS-GES 2013, will take place in Constanta, Romania from 28 -31 October 2013. The Conference is jointly organised by the Black Sea Commission (BSC), Ministry of Environment and Climate Changes of Romania and National Institute for Marine Research and Development 'Grigore Antipa' Constanta.

Back to back with this scientific event for the Black Sea region, two other activities will be organized: the celebration of the International Black Sea Day and the 6th edition of the NIMRD International Symposium 'Protection and Sustainable Management of the Black Sea Ecosystem - 3rd Millennium Imperative'.

You are kindly invited to consider the registration and submission of abstracts as soon as possible, but not later than 31 July 2013.
