EU FP7 SEAS-ERA partners will present their achievements at the end of this ERA-NET framework project and discuss with stakeholders on future mechanisms for national marine research programmes for seas and oceans research.

The FP7 SEAS-ERA ERA-NET brings together a partnership of 21 national research funding agencies to improve the synergy and coordination between national research programmes which support seas and oceans research in Europe. The 48-month project is approaching toward the end and the SEAS-ERA partners will take this opportunity to present their results and interact with external stakeholders on the next steps.

As an important stakeholder, the SEAS-ERA partners organise the 3rd SEAS-ERA Strategic Forum, at which the key outputs and future mechanisms will be presented and discussed.

The 3rd SEAS-ERA Forum will provide an opportunity for the SEAS-ERA partners to:
- present the key outputs of the SEAS-ERA project to external stakeholders;
- discuss the legacy of the project; and
- exchange on future mechanisms and next steps for cooperation in support of better alignment of national marine research programming.
